GEODIS to Buy Deret Logistics’ French Operation

GEODIS has reached an agreement to acquire portions of French logistics provider Deret Group, adding 28 logistics sites and 13 transport agencies as it expands its contract logistics business in France. The proposed transaction includes Deret Logistique and Deret Transporteur, along with subsidiaries Sogipac, Logtex and Deret Services Numériques.
