CEVA Logistics Completes Fagioli Purchase
[ April 1, 2026 // Gary Burrows ]CEVA Logistics said March 31 it has completed its acquisition of Italy-based Fagioli Group after receiving regulatory approvals and meeting closing conditions.
The companies signed the share purchase agreement on Dec. 15, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
CEVA said the deal strengthens its capabilities in project logistics, particularly in heavy transport, lifting and engineered solutions for complex industrial projects. Fagioli specializes in the design, engineering and execution of heavy haulage and lifting operations and brings a fleet of specialized equipment along with technical expertise.
About 450 Fagioli employees will join CEVA as part of the transaction. The combined business is expected to expand CEVA’s reach in Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America, particularly with industrial customers and engineering, procurement and construction companies.
CEVA said the addition of Fagioli enhances its ability to provide end-to-end project logistics services, from early-stage engineering and planning to transport, delivery and installation.
The acquisition builds on CEVA’s recent expansion efforts, including the integration of Bolloré Logistics and Spedag Interfreight, as well as a joint venture launched in Saudi Arabia in 2024.
CEVA Logistics, headquartered in Marseille, provides supply chain services across contract logistics and air, ocean and ground transportation. The company operates in about 170 countries and employs roughly 110,000 people at more than 1,700 facilities. It reported revenue of US$18.3 billion in 2025 and is part of the CMA CGM Group.
