New Orleans Terminal has set a new record at PORT NOLA, Louisiana. In late February, the world-class marine terminal facility handled the highest container volume from a single vessel, the MSC ALICANTE. The 5500 TEU vessel is from MSC’s Transatlantic North Europe, NEUALT3 Service. New Orleans Terminal’s operations began at 7:00 AM, February 18, 2021 and were completed at 5:00 PM on February 19, 2021. 2,368 containers were discharged.
