Delta Cargo Opens CargoWise Booking Access

[ October 23, 2026   //   ]

Delta Cargo has connected its global network to CargoWise, allowing freight forwarders to obtain schedules, rates and available capacity and manage bookings without leaving the logistics platform.

Delta confirmed that the connection is operational across its full network, with no markets excluded. CargoWise users can plan, book, confirm and manage Delta Cargo shipments through a standardized real-time data exchange.

“Previously, freight forwarders using CargoWise needed to access Delta Cargo’s services through separate booking channels,” a Delta spokesperson told FBJNA. “With this integration, they can now access our network, real-time schedules, rates and available capacity directly within CargoWise.”

The connection provides access to all Delta Cargo rates, according to the airline. All commodities and products that meet Delta’s operational requirements are available for quotation and booking through the CargoWise customer transportation management system.

Delta declined to disclose the share of its cargo bookings already received through digital channels.

Delta Cargo serves more than 300 destinations on six continents through Delta Air Lines’ passenger network. CargoWise developer WiseTech Global said the integration enables forwarders to respond to customer inquiries using live capacity and rate information, configure routings by commodity and modify bookings within the platform.

Peter Penseel, president of Delta Cargo, said the integration supports the airline’s strategy of making its services available through the platforms freight forwarders use in their daily operations.
