USA Truck Appoints Gary Nichols VP of Mexico Operations

USA Truck, Inc., headquartered in Van Buren, AK, announced on August 28 the appointment of Gary Nichols as vice president of Mexico Operations.

Nichols will manage operations and sales processes related to the Company’s Mexico-U.S. truckload business. He brings 35 years of industry experience to USA Truck, including more than 20 years involved with Mexico/NAFTA supply chain issues.

Prior to joining USA Truck, Nichols was director of International Sales for U.S. Xpress, Inc. He also served as director of Business Development for Con-Way (CFI). Nichols is a U.S. Navy veteran and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Missouri State University.

“Our growth plan includes expanding our footprint in Mexico and Gary will facilitate that expansion,” said Tom Glaser, President & CEO of USA Truck. “He brings a wealth of international transportation knowledge and experience to USA Truck. We look forward to Gary leading our efforts as we build on our already solid foundation south of the border.”
