UCW Logistics Opens New Office in Winston-Salem

Greenville, SC-headquartered UCW Logistics is expanding its operations with a new office in Winston-Salem, NC. Six new team members are being added. The new team brings a wealth of logistics knowledge and capabilities which will help the company as it continues to build service offerings including truck brokerage, managed freight solutions and international freight management.
“This expansion was driven by the opportunity to add logistics experts who have worked together in the industry for many years,” said Evan Cramer, senior vice president for UCW Logistics. “They live in the Winston-Salem area, and we couldn’t resist the chance to pick up that kind of expertise. They specialize in modes of transportation that add to the capabilities of our Greenville office, including LTL freight, inbound and outbound Mexico freight, trailer management, owner-operator management and enterprise freight management. We will allow them to focus on growing their aspect of the business by providing administrative support, as well as additional resources for growth.”
