TOTE Services Adds State of Maine to NSMV Fleet

TOTE Services, Hanwha Philly Shipyard, Maine Maritime Academy and the U.S. Maritime Administration christened the third of five National Security Multi-Mission vessels (NSMVs), State of Maine, on Aug. 27.
