The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority received a $16 million grant awarded through the US States Maritime Administration (MARAD) Infrastructure Development Grant Program. These grant funds will allow the Port Authority to reconstruct and upgrade the dockwall at the Port of Toledo’s General Cargo Dock, operated by Midwest Terminals, and will also be used to construct a liquid transloading facility at the site.
