GEODIS said it is consolidating legacy brands in France and expanding specialized healthcare logistics capabilities in Switzerland, as it seeks to strengthen its European network.
The company said Sealogis, Sealogis Freight Forwarding and XP LOG will be rebranded under the GEODIS name by the end of the second quarter. The units, part of the group since 1995, operate across France, Belgium and key French ports including Le Havre and Marseille.
