Austria-based logistics and heavy transport group Felbermayr Group has expanded its heavy assembly and engineered solutions capabilities through the acquisition of specialized equipment from Hoffmann Spezialtransporte.
The transfer of assets was completed in mid-March following the retirement of company founder Olaf Hoffmann. The equipment will be integrated into Felbermayr’s heavy installation and engineered solutions operations, as well as subsidiaries Jozef Hermans and Wimmer Maschinentransporte.
