Duluth Seaway Port Authority acquires Duluth Lake Port dock

The Duluth Seaway Port Authority last week finalized acquisition of the Duluth Lake Port dock on Rice’s Point. Duluth Seaway Port Authority awarded $10.5 million MARAD grant
