Prepare for July 8 CPSC eFiling Mandate, FedEx

FedEx is urging customers importing regulated consumer products into the United States to begin preparing now for the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) mandatory electronic filing requirement, warning that delays in establishing product records could slow customs clearance once the rule takes effect July 8.
