USA Truck, Inc., a capacity solutions provider headquartered in Van Buren, AR, announced the appointment of Billy Cartright as Vice President of Safety and Recruiting, effective Oct. 5, 2015.
Mr. Cartright joins USA Truck from Con-way, Inc., where he served most recently as Senior Director of Operations. In that position, he managed 3,100 driver and non-driver personnel and oversaw Fleet Management, Customer Service, Planning, Equipment Control, Service Team and Terminal Management
