Pacific Harbor Line’s Cliatt a ‘Trailblazer’

Otis Cliatt II, president of Pacific Harbor Line, was awarded a Black History Month Trailblazer of the Century Award, by U.S. Rep. Nanette Barragán for his leadership in advancing lower-emission rail operations in the San Pedro Bay port complex.
