The Laurentia Project at the Port of Quebec, one of the most significant port expansions on the east coast, is in the planning stages. The project is a strategic game changer that will set a new standard of intermodal logistics. By creating a new North American deep-water gateway, Laurentia will greatly enhance the competitiveness of the Saint Lawrence River and the Great Lakes corridor.

The Managing Director of the Laurentia Project, Don Krusel, recently spoke on their capital investment plan, including the deal with Hutchison Ports and CN Rail to develop a new $775 million deep water container terminal, Laurentia.
