Log-hub AI Agent Automates Analytics Workflows
[ February 19, 2026 // Gary Burrows ]Swiss supply chain software provider Log-hub AG has introduced an AI-driven “Supply Chain Agent” designed to automate complex planning and analytics tasks within its platform, aiming to reduce the manual configuration work that often slows logistics decision-making.
The new capability functions as an agent-based interface layered over Log-hub’s existing applications. Instead of navigating multiple tools or manually setting up analytical models, users can describe a logistics problem in natural language. The system then selects the appropriate analytical modules, runs the required calculations and delivers results directly into the user’s workspace.
The release reflects a broader push across enterprise software to embed generative AI into operational workflows. In supply chain planning, advanced modeling tools have grown more sophisticated but often require specialized expertise to configure and interpret, limiting their day-to-day use.
Log-hub said the agent is designed to automate the technical execution of tasks – such as selecting applications, configuring parameters and running scenario analyses – while leaving strategic decisions to human planners.
For example, a logistics manager evaluating warehouse placement can request a center-of-gravity analysis in plain language. The system interprets the request, identifies the relevant model, executes the calculation using available data and returns a recommended location along with supporting outputs.
The company said the tool can also automate recurring analyses and orchestrate multi-step workflows, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual data transfers that can introduce errors.
The launch comes as supply chain teams face continued network complexity, market volatility and staffing constraints. By lowering the technical barrier to advanced analytics, agent-based systems are increasingly positioned to speed scenario evaluation and allow planners to test more alternatives in less time.
Log-hub, founded in 2017, provides supply chain applications and data analytics tools to more than 180 companies globally.
