Location, Location, Location for Logistics Venues in Houston

Premium office space is becoming available for the first time in more than a decade in the Greenspoint District of Houston.

Located just 15 miles north of downtown Houston, the Greenspoint District serves a 12-square-mile area So far this year, the District has gained considerable growth through securing more than 135,000 square feet of new construction, 436,525 square feet of new leases, and generating over 200 new jobs.

The area touts a prime location near leading global air, sea, roads, and rail transportation, connecting tenants to millions of consumers and sought after markets including Latin America via the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and the Port of Houston.

In fact, IAH, located just six miles (10 minutes) from Greenspoint, serves 38 countries and provides 700 daily foreign and domestic departures, including more non-stop flights to Mexican destinations than any other airport in the country. In addition, the Port Houston is the first ranked U.S. breakbulk port, handling 41% of project cargo at Gulf Coast ports. Proximity to the port has successfully retained high-profile maritime businesses including the American Bureau of Shipping, a marine and offshore energy standards and classification corporation that has expanded its long-term lease to approximately 258,000 square feet.
