Kearney, Beroe Target Volatility with agentic AI
[ March 25, 2026 // Gary Burrows ]Management consultancy Kearney and Beroe, AI-forward procurement intelligence, have launched a strategic partnership to develop agentic AI tools aimed at helping procurement teams navigate rising volatility driven by inflation, cost pressures and global uncertainty.
The firms said traditional procurement processes are no longer fit for purpose as market conditions shift rapidly, requiring faster and more adaptive decision-making.
The partnership, developed alongside 13 global procurement organizations, focuses on enabling real-time responses to market changes, improving visibility into risks and opportunities, and supporting more confident decision-making without adding complexity.
“Agentic AI provides the awareness and speed needed to change that,” said Suketu Gandhi, noting that procurement teams must better interpret market signals and act quickly.
The companies said the initiative aims to redefine how procurement intelligence is delivered at scale, combining AI-driven insights with human expertise to help companies maintain competitiveness in fast-moving supply chain environments.
The move reflects broader adoption of AI across supply chain functions, as companies seek greater resilience and agility in the face of ongoing disruption.
