ITS Logistics announces that Jim Dingman has joined its senior leadership team as President of Fleet Operations. Dingman will head the growing division and build on ITS’ reputation as one of the leading dedicated and expedited fleets on the West Coast.

“I am pleased to announce that Jim Dingman is on board and leading our fleet business,” said Greg Sanders, CEO of ITS Logistics. “With more than 25 years of experience in the truckload space and a proven track record across multiple companies, Jim is the right person at the right time to lead our fleet operations into the future.”

Dingman started his career at Crete Carrier in Lincoln, Nebraska while attending college. He started out in operations and moved on to sales in 1999. He joined Gordon Trucking in 2002 as Director of Regional Sales and made several moves within the organization, ending his tenure at Gordon as Area Vice President of Operations. In 2016, Dingman joined Interstate Distributor as Western Regional Vice President responsible for multiple areas of the business.

Dingman is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a B.A. In Business Administration, and holds an MBA from Washington State University. He also served six years as a diesel mechanic in the United States Marine Corps.

“ITS Logistics has a great reputation—from ownership to drivers—so when this position opened up, I was honored and humbled to be considered,” said Dingman. “I think, right now, we are in a wholly unique position to become one of the dominant logistics companies on the West Coast by offering fleet operations, warehouse and distribution, and freight brokerage. I am truly excited to be a part of that.”

When Dingman isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 20 years, two children, and their yellow lab named Steve. He also loves to get out-of-doors, hunting and fishing, and is really looking forward to being in the Sierra Nevada for skiing this season.
