GEODIS Reshuffles Americas Operations Leaders
[ May 28, 2026 // Gary Burrows ]GEODIS has reported several executive leadership appointments and organizational changes in the Americas as the global logistics provider seeks to strengthen customer experience capabilities and support continued regional growth.
The company said the changes include the formation of a dedicated client experience organization intended to improve coordination across business units, simplify customer interactions and support broader growth initiatives across the region.

Among the appointments, GEODIS named Quad Kent, most recently vice president of people support at American Airlines, as chief human resources officer for the Americas. The company said Kent managed HR strategy for a workforce of about 130,000 employees at American Airlines and brings experience in organizational transformation, labor relations and employee engagement. He succeeds Heather Mullen, who was appointed chief transformation officer for GEODIS in the Americas.
GEODIS also appointed Ganesh Nayakwadi as CFO for the Americas. The company said he most recently served as CFO at Xylem Inc., where he managed a multibillion-dollar business and played a central role in acquisitions and divestitures. He replaces former regional CFO Carlos Suarez, who recently transitioned to a global finance leadership role within GEODIS.
In addition, Bob Greene was named vice president of transportation within the Americas freight forwarding business. Greene, previously president and CEO for North America at DSV, oversaw forwarding operations across the region. GEODIS said Greene brings more than 25 years of industry experience and deep operational expertise in forwarding and supply-chain management. He succeeds Mark Lewis, who recently retired.
