Los Angeles Harbor Commission Approves $1.8M in FEMA Grants

The Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners has approved three grants from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) totaling $1.8 million.
