TASCO Berhad, a Yusen Logistics subsidiary in Malaysia, has reached agreements to acquire Gold Cold Transport Sdn Bhd (GCT) and MILS Cold Chain Logistics Sdn Bhd (MCCL), two leading cold chain logistics providers in Malaysia.
