[ November 2, 2015   //   ]

Global NVOCC company CaroTrans launched 11 new, direct LCL import services between China and the United States, effective late August. The services include Ningbo to Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Miami, Dallas and Houston; and  Xiamen to Los Angeles, Chicago and New York.

CaroTrans is strengthening its existing China network that consists of its own team in Shanghai and now a new alliance with Portever Shipping Ltd., a local NVO based in Ningbo.  With this solid foundation in place CaroTrans plans to continue expanding its direct port pairs between China and the US.

In March 2015, CaroTrans added 2 Shanghai import services including Seattle and Atlanta, both providing alternatives to US Southwest ports.  Service is also available from Shanghai to Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, New York, and Miami.  Altogether, CaroTrans offers over 60 direct China-U.S. LCL import and export services.
