GEODIS Adds Irish Telecom Contracts

[ November 5, 2026   //   ]

GEODIS will provide warehousing and distribution services in Ireland for fiber broadband provider SIRO and telecommunications company Vodafone.

Operating from its multi-client facility in Dublin, GEODIS will receive, store and distribute equipment supporting SIRO’s continuing fiber network rollout across residential and commercial markets.

SIRO is a joint venture between Irish energy company ESB and Vodafone.

Under a separate agreement, GEODIS will provide inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch services for equipment used in Vodafone’s mobile and broadband infrastructure. The company said the contracts expand its position in Ireland’s telecommunications logistics sector.

GEODIS did not disclose the value or duration of the agreements, expected shipment volumes or whether the contracts would require additional employees or warehouse capacity.

The logistics provider said the work builds on its experience managing high-volume supply chains for Ireland’s broadband sector. The agreements follow GEODIS’ recent expansion into other specialized European supply chains, including its certification in Poland to handle strategically sensitive and dual-use goods.
