ClassNK Certifies Accelleron Emissions Tools

Accelleron has received ClassNK certification for two digital tools used to monitor vessel engine efficiency and manage emissions reporting, with the systems collectively deployed aboard about 3,000 vessels.

ClassNK granted Products & Solutions certification under its Innovation Endorsement program to Accelleron’s Tekomar XPERT Engine and Emissions Desk, both part of the company’s LOREKA360° digital platform. The classification society examined functions involving data acquisition, data handling and analytics, along with related security documentation.

Tekomar XPERT Engine monitors engine performance and provides optimization recommendations across different engine makes and sizes. Emissions Desk uses vessel and engine data to support emissions analysis and compliance reporting under IMO and EU requirements, including direct transfer of relevant data to the ClassNK MRV Portal.

Accelleron’s broader LOREKA360° suite also includes voyage optimization and hull and propeller performance tools aimed at improving fleet efficiency and reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
