Log-hub 6.1 Introduces AI Route Optimization

[ April 1, 2026   //   ]

Log-hub has released version 6.1 of its platform, adding artificial intelligence-driven route optimization and expanded carbon emissions analysis as companies seek more automated and transparent logistics planning tools.

The update introduces AI-powered last-mile route optimization through the company’s Supply Chain Agent, allowing users to generate delivery plans using natural language inputs rather than manual configuration.

“With these new features, we continue to simplify how users work with complex supply chain problems,” said Alexander Sigmund, chief technology officer at Log-hub. “We enable teams to move from questions to actionable results faster, without relying on time-intensive setup.”

The tool converts user prompts into route structures and calculations, with outputs delivered through maps, dashboards and datasets to support faster decision-making.

The release also expands the platform’s CO2 emissions analysis capabilities, adding multi-leg shipment calculations and emissions generated during loading and unloading. The enhancements are designed to provide a more comprehensive view of transport-related emissions across increasingly complex, multimodal supply chains.

Additional updates target freight procurement and network planning. The Freight Matrix+ application now allows companies to compare rates across logistics providers and group shipments to optimize pricing, while new visualization tools enable users to better map and analyze logistics networks.

Log-hub also introduced scenario comparison features in its Supply Chain Designer and Shipment Flow Optimizer applications, aimed at improving network design and flow optimization.

The company said the update reflects growing demand for more automated, data-driven supply chain tools as businesses manage rising complexity and cost pressures.

Founded in 2017, Log-hub provides supply chain analytics and applications to more than 180 companies globally.
