Redwood Logistics Buys EELCO for US-Mexico

Redwood Logistics has acquired EELCO, a Laredo, Texas-based customs brokerage and warehousing provider, expanding its cross-border capabilities along the U.S.-Mexico trade corridor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Redwood Logistics said the acquisition adds licensed customs brokerage services, Foreign-Trade Zone warehousing and additional border operations expertise to its Redwood Mexico unit, which manages cross-border freight between the United States and Mexico.
