Cold storage facility to be built on TexAmericas Center

Lionchase Holdings, Inc., has agreed to build a 200,000-square foot cold storage facility on TexAmericas Center (TAC) just west of Texarkana, Texas, one of the largest mixed use industrial parks in the United States with over 12,000 acres.
